Leadinfo seeks a Data Product Manager to own the data platform powering its product across Benelux and Europe. Set the vision for a data roadmap, decide what to build versus buy, and turn data into growth aligned with the commercial strategy. You’ll own the Nexus layer, define metrics and data contracts, and collaborate with engineering on architecture and cost. This role requires 5+ years in product management, data product experience, and strong commercial judgment with fluency in a modern data stack. Nice-to-haves include domain knowledge and European B2B experience. Hybrid from Rotterdam, onsite Capelle aan den IJssel. Tips: tailor your CV to highlight data strategy and concrete buy-vs-build decisions; apply via our website.
Data Product Manager
One platform, three pillars.
Leadinfo identifies website visitors for more than 20 million European companies. That data is the foundation of the product, it is built on one shared data platform.
Three data pillars sit on that platform:
Company Data. The company index. The asset Leadinfo builds on to extend its leadership in the Benelux and grow across Europe.
The Index. IP to company recognition, the engine behind the product.
Contacts. The people behind the companies, merged from many providers.
Data is Leadinfo's edge. Knowing which companies are in-market, and knowing it more accurately and more compliantly than anyone else in Europe, is what the entire product is built on. This is the role that owns that edge and the ambition behind it.
You will set the vision for how the data platform compounds in value over time. You decide what Leadinfo builds versus buys, where the next source of advantage comes from, and how fast the company can move into new markets on the strength of its data. It is a rare mandate: a clear strategic asset, real scale behind it, and the freedom to shape what it becomes.
Own the vision. You set an opinionated, single roadmap for Leadinfo's data as a product, and turn it into a durable advantage: sharper recognition, richer company profiles, better contacts, and entirely new signals such as registry events, financials, and intent. You decide what data becomes product, and when.
Make the strategic calls. You own the buy-vs-build decisions and the sourcing strategy end to end. These are commercial bets, not procurement tasks: where Leadinfo owns its data outright, where it partners, and where the moat gets deeper. You are the person who takes it there.
Turn data into growth. You connect the data roadmap to the commercial strategy: extending leadership in the Benelux, opening new European markets, and defending against competitors as visitor identification commoditizes. Data is the lever, and you own how it is pulled.
Run the business on it. You own the intelligence layer inside Nexus: trusted metric definitions (MRR, NRR, churn, funnel) and the marts that are the contract between data and the commercial teams who live on them every day.
Partner on the platform. You set the priorities; engineering owns the build. Together you hold the architecture that sustains all of it, from data contracts and quality SLAs to freshness, lineage, and cost. You are accountable for the outcomes, not the pipelines.
Data. The engineers and analysts building the company index, IP recognition, contacts, and the BI and Nexus analytics.
Product and Commercial. The teams whose features and operations your roadmap serves.
Engineering leadership. Your partners on platform architecture and delivery.
Must-have:
5+ years in product management, with a track record of owning a product roadmap and the strategy behind it.
Experience with a data product (data platform, data marketplace, sales-intelligence, or analytics product) and a clear point of view on how data creates commercial value.
Strong commercial judgment: comfortable making buy-vs-build and sourcing calls as business decisions, including evaluating and negotiating with vendors.
Fluent enough in a modern data stack (SQL, warehouse, dbt, orchestration) to be credible with data engineers and set direction, without needing to build the pipelines yourself.
Stakeholder leadership across product, engineering, and commercial teams.
Nice-to-have:
Firmographic, registry, or sales-intelligence data domain experience.
An analytics-engineering background (dbt modeling, metric layers).
Experience scaling or consolidating a data platform.
European B2B market knowledge.
A rare brief: a strategic data asset and a platform strategy to own.
The scale of team.blue behind you, the autonomy of a scale-up around you.
