JOB PURPOSE:
To assist with the Data Privacy Program and its implementation by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and related CBUAE regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Essential
Minimum of 1 year and up to 3 years of experience in Data Protection Law implementation.
Completion of CIPP/E certification from IAPP.org.
Desirable
Degree in Law.
Ability to draft relevant data protection clauses in legal agreements.
