Metyis is growing and seeks a Data Science Intern to join the Data and Analytics team in Amsterdam for a full-time six-month onsite internship. You will collaborate with Data Scientists, gaining hands-on experience while solving client analytics challenges and applying theoretical machine learning knowledge to real projects in a fast-growing international team. To stand out, highlight your quantitative master studies, relevant coursework, and hands-on work with R or Python and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, plus any analytics experience. Emphasize curiosity, data-driven decision making, and the ability to balance tasks across projects. Fluent English and six-month availability are required; share project links or GitHub.

What you’ll bring

  • Currently enrolled in a quantitative Master with a focus on data analysis (e.g., econometrics, mathematics, physics, business analytics and other exact sciences).  

  • Knowledge of statistical concepts, programming languages (e.g., R, Python), machine learning and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, R, Shiny).

  • Availability for a full-time 6 months internship

  • Curiosity together with the ability to make data driven decisions. 

  • Theoretical frameworks from your Bachelors and Masters. 

  • Professional fluency in English. 

  • Any analytical work experience is a plus.
