Saje Natural Wellness is hiring a full time onsite Distribution Clerk at our Mississauga Distribution Center to coordinate ecommerce and retail distribution, inventory and returns, PRF, and strategic troubleshooting while keeping the customer experience at the center. The ideal candidate will bring proficiency with Dynamics AX, Excel, Word, Outlook and Salesforce, be able to follow written and verbal instructions, perform basic math, and communicate effectively with CX, DC management and cross site teams. You’ll need to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, multi task in a fast paced environment, and work independently with some direction. The impact you'll make:

The Distribution Clerk coordinates, plans, and executes distribution processes including but not limited to ecommerce, retail, inventory, etc.

All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.


What you'll do:

  • Supports various distribution operations relating to ecommerce (outbound, inventory, returns, PRF, Strategic sales troubleshooting).
  • Directly supports and over sees PRF request, STRAT and appeasements.
  • Primary point for ecommerce troubleshooting and liaise with various teams/departments for escalated issues (CX, TX, Inventory).
  • Supports creating, implementing, and maintaining of SOPs and training required.
  • Collaborate with leadership team in maintaining e-commerce KPIs.
  • Contributes to a team environment where all Team Members consistently experience a sense of belonging and inclusion.
  • Pick, pack special orders
  • Tracking, preparing shipments.

 

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Proficiency in Dynamics AX processes, Familiar with Excel, Word, Outlook and Salesforce.
  • Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures and performing basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Capable of following verbal instructions, being assigned tasks and communicating when tasks are completed, or any issues are encountered.
  • Able to effectively communicate across various Saje departments and entities such as Customer Service, DC management, counterparts in other DCs.
  • Able to stand and walk whilst working for extended periods of time.
  • Able to lift, carry and maneuver heavy material or equipment (up to 50 lbs)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with some direction.
  • Team player who works productively with wide range of people.
  • Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
  • Understands and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to multi-task and problem solve.

The hourly wage range on average for this position is from $20.00 - $21.00. Base pay is dependent on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
