BlueScope is seeking a Delivery and Optimisation Manager for the Distribution, ASP business. This permanent onsite role is based in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Newcastle. You will lead transformation to simplify work, unlock capability and improve how people, processes and systems deliver value, shaping a pipeline of improvements across planning, scheduling and fulfilment with SAP enablement. This is more than CI; you’ll influence a large distribution network by partnering with operations, supply chain and technology to drive change that sticks. The Opportunity
Distribution, ASP has a permanent full-time opportunity for a Delivery and Optimisation Manager to join our National Supply Chain team. This role can be based in Sydney (Granville), Brisbane (Northgate or Eagle Farm), Melbourne (Clayton South) or Newcastle (Tomago). BlueScope Distribution, Orrcon Steel Distribution, Metalcorp and Impact Steel are joined by one leadership team under Distribution, ASP. Collectively our distribution businesses form one of Australia's largest steel and aluminium distribution networks, supporting customers across 31 sites in metro and regional locations. Supporting customers with all of their product, processing and solution needs.
We're looking for a curious, improvement-minded and highly collaborative Delivery & Optimisation Manager to help shape the future of how Distribution operates.
In this role, you’ll lead transformation initiatives that simplify work, unlock digital capability and improve how people, processes and systems come together to deliver value for customers. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll help turn ideas into outcomes, challenge the status quo and deliver meaningful change through innovation, simplification and digital enablement.
