BYD Customer Delivery Centre at Viola Place Eagle Farm are looking for multiple Handover Specialists to join our busy dealership! We currently have 2 x vacancies for this role.

We are seeking a full-time Handover Specialist  with exceptional customer service, to manage the end-to-end delivery process for our vehicles. This is a hands-on role that will report directly to the management team. This role will have you handling our delivery process from ordering through to deliver to our customers.

About this role 

  • Contacting customers to provide updates on the status of their new vehicle
  • Preparing all delivery documents for guests in advance of their collection
  • Confirming with our preparation team as to the estimated completion of the customers car
  • Confirming funds have been received for customer purchases enabling handover of new car
  • Building strong relationships between clients and the dealership
  • Driving and enhancing the dealerships processes to achieve results

 

About you

  • Experience in dealing with customers over the phone and face to face
  • Ability to remain highly organized and detail orientated
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Team orientated and self-managed
  • Hard working and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • The drive to exceed targets and expectations
  • Computer literacy
  • A current driver's license is essential for this role
