Job Description

• Taking into account the following: truck / Van condition, orders, suppliers, stock, road directions, the numbers of customers to be visited, the suitable time for visits.

• Coordinate the weekly work schedule with the Del & Dispatch coordinator. Pickup materials from the suppliers based on the schedule and the purchase order in coordination with the Dispatch and Delivery Coordinator.

•  Handle the delivery of samples to clients depending of the delivery schedule.

• Ensuring collection of cash & cheques and other documents (delivery notes) from customers within the UAE and deliver to the account department to close the sales cycle.

• Monitor the truck/van at the beginning and end of each day – including tires, brakes, seat belts, oil and fuelling etc, in order to protect the company vehicle.

• Observes speed limits and obeying all road signs. Maintains a timely schedule and complete all deliveries as planned.

Qualifications

Schooling degree, valid UAE driving License. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and safe driving records.
