An Auckland based fixed-term Delivery Driver Installation Specialist role with The Warehouse Group offers a three-month assignment to deliver and install whiteware in customers' homes, serving as the last touchpoint for a great customer experience; you’ll be trained with a buddy, handle unpacking, installation and disposal of packaging, and enjoy a lunch break daily. Hours are Friday to Tuesday 7 am to 3:30 pm, ending 3 November 2026. You must be physically fit, on your feet, hold a full clean NZ driver's license, and bring a positive can-do attitude with a knack for understanding customer needs and following processes while keeping a tidy workspace. Our Delivery & Installation team members are responsible for delivering and installing whiteware products in customers' homes and being the last point of contact for our customers!
The job provides full training and a buddy to guide and mentor you. Your day will be varied, and it’s safe to say, your lunch break view will look different everyday! You will be engaging with customers to determine the best way to bring the product into their home, unpacking and installation, and disposing of old appliances and packaging as needed.
As a key point of contact with customers, you will play a critical part in creating a positive customer experience!
This is a Fixed Term, full-time position with hours of work from:
Friday to Tuesday – 7am – 3:30pm
