Synopsis
Reporting to the Product Manager, the Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of technology products and Self-service portfolio across the Airport Operations. The role ensures successful delivery of operational technology initiatives while maintaining system stability, operational resilience, and alignment with business objectives.
The Self-service portfolio includes Self-service check-in kiosks, Self-service Bag drop, Lounge access system, Roaming agent, Biometrics, Amadeus PSS-related platforms and Lounge access system. The role requires close collaboration with operational stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver measurable business and operational value.
