adidas is seeking a Demand Planner for Channel Support in Portland, OR on a hybrid schedule. You will partner with Category Demand Planning to validate and guide channel inputs, translating category assumptions into channel plans while ensuring KPI targets, optimized inventory, and clear risk communication with Merchandising, Finance, Sales Planning and Supply Chain. Key duties include channel facilitation, mass uploads, ad hoc inquiries, channel reporting, and presenting risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders, plus leading cross-functional projects to improve forecast accuracy. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience with 2–3 in demand planning, a Finance/Economics/Business degree, strong SAP APO/AFS and Excel skills, and excellent communication. The Demand Planner – Channel Support works alongside the Category Demand Planning team to ensure accurate, timely, and aligned demand plan inputs for their assigned channel(s). This role focuses on guidance, validation, and facilitation rather than direct plan creation, helping to translate category-level assumptions into channel-specific operational plans. The position partners with Merchandising, Finance, Sales Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure channel KPIs are achieved, inventory is optimized, and risks/opportunities are clearly communicated.
