What are your responsibilities?
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will work within our kitchen team to maintain high service levels. The Amsterdam Marriott Hotel has several F&B outlets. In our newly renovated restaurant Midtown Grill, we serve breakfast, lunch for groups during the afternoon, and the finest 'a la carte' steaks in town during the evening. In our Sorel's Midtown Bar & Lounge, we offer an international lunch and dinner. Additionally, the hotel has 12 event rooms for which the kitchen prepares all necessary meals. We also provide 24-hour in-room dining.
