Job Description

  • Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients, general and booking enquiries, record keeping, and payment processing.
  • Provide clinical chairside assistance.
  • Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic clinical environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant/Dental Receptionist preferred
  • Experience in dental procedures and terminology
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in dental software.
