Role responsibilities:
The Department Manager is responsible for leading the team by example and ensuring the correct management of the space. In particular, the person will be in charge of:
Cultivating a relationship with customers through an active and continuous presence on the shop floor and by providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines.
Communicating clearly, correctly and courteously with both clients and colleagues, whilst also actively listening and paying attention in order to establish mutual trust.
Promoting the achievement of assigned targets, guiding sales operations and ensuring that both customer service and the selling ceremony are compliant with company guidelines, with the aim of providing all customers with a special experience.
Supporting the Store Managament and the HQ, in organizing events and trunk shows in order to introduce new customers to the Brunello Cucinelli world.
Ensuring that high standards are maintained through a correct implementation of the Visual Guidelines.
Enriching its presence through a careful interpretation of the Brunello Cucinelli style, ensuring a continuous update on products and new collections for the team and themselves.
Guiding the team in maximizing sales and performance and reporting any missed opportunities to management, allowing potential corrective actions to be implemented.
Motivating the Sales team in carrying out daily activities with a sense of responsibility. Furthermore, in order to guarantee continuous improvement is responsible for ensuring each team member receives constant feedback.
Supporting the stock team, when required, especially during inventories.
Cultivating direct contact with the headquarters.
Using the main IT applications and systems, constantly updating any new tools made available by the company with particular reference to the Xstore management system and the Salesforce CRM system.
Qualifications:
For the role of Department Manager we are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in Luxury Retail and with a proven management experience.
To be successful in this role, it is absolutely essential that applicants possess the ability to demonstrate a strong business acumen and a solid understanding of both market and customers, together with a people management e development skill.
The knowledge of French and English is mandatory while fluency in a third language will be considered as plus.
