JYSK Scunthorpe is hiring a Deputy Store Manager for a full time onsite role. You will motivate and coach the store team alongside the Store Manager, ensure excellent customer service, optimize routines, and drive weekly campaigns to reach strong sales while modeling a customer first attitude. The role offers development through training, mentoring, internal contests, a competitive bonus, flexible hours, 20% discount, pension and other benefits, with a clear path toward Store Manager.
