We are seeking a skilled and experienced Design & Technical Manager to support the Director of Projects in delivering design and technical services across hotel development and renovation projects. This role ensures alignment with brand standards, operational integrity, and project objectives while collaborating with internal stakeholders, Owners, consultants, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee design documentation, technical reviews, and compliance across all project phases.
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Support contract management, procurement, and risk mitigation.
  • Participate in design reviews, site inspections, and value engineering exercises.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in hotel design, technical services, or project coordination
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BOH planning, and brand standards
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel across the region

Preferred:

  • Certification in Project Management
  • Diploma in MEP or Building Services
