Core requirements include proven Teams Rooms support, strong AV troubleshooting, experience with meeting room tech and monitoring tools, and excellent customer service with the ability to juggle priorities. This is a full-time, office-based role responsible for providing onsite support and management of Microsoft Teams Rooms and Audio-Visual (AV) technologies across the site. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and proactively managing AV meeting room technology across the site, ensuring a high-quality user experience for employees and senior stakeholders.
This role combines hands-on technical support, proactive monitoring, incident management, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on maintaining the operational health of approximately 50 AV-enabled meeting spaces.
