RACV seeks a hands-on Desktop Support Technician to join the Melbourne End User Computing team, full time onsite, supporting 2,500+ staff across Windows 11, Office 365, Intune, SCCM, Azure and AD. You’ll handle Level 2 incidents within SLAs, maintain the CMDB, provide documentation and training, and contribute to continuous improvement while delivering excellent service remotely and onsite. Must have strong problem solving, clear communication, customer focus and the ability to prioritise and work autonomously.
