Key Accountabilities
• Maintain accurate records of all project documents including drawings, Presentations, Correspondence and reports.
• Coordinate document distribution both internally and externally as per project requirements.
• Monitor document review and approval processes to ensure documents are reviewed in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of documents, letters and presentations.
• Receive, log, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing project documentation and correspondence.
• Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and standards before distribution.
• Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.
• Ensure controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (contractors, consultants, suppliers) to ensure document compliance.
• Adhere to company policy and procedure and maintain confidentiality of all information.
• Ensure proper version control, file naming, and classification standards are followed for all development-related documents.
• Assisting in Preparing the official correspondence to authorities and external stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for document-related queries during staff leaves or absences.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper access control to sensitive development documents.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration
