Liebherr Machines Bulle SA seeks a Diagnostics Technician (m/f/x) to troubleshoot and diagnose engines and hydraulic components with a mechanic team, analyze fault patterns and root causes, and document investigations in technical reports while providing support to Customer Service, Supplier Management and R&D. Ideal candidates hold EFZ/CFC as a mechanic or mechatronics technician in automotive, construction or agricultural machinery, have advanced diagnostic training or are willing to obtain it, and bring several years of diagnostics experience and strong root‑cause analysis. German and English fluency is essential, French a plus; MS Office proficiency required. You are responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing complete engines and hydraulic components, as well as their individual parts, in collaboration with the mechanic colleagues
You analyze fault patterns, identify their root causes, and present them in a clear and comprehensible manner
You document your investigations in technical reports
You participate in internal and external meetings and provide technical support (e.g., Customer Service, Supplier Management, Research & Development)
You have completed vocational training (EFZ/CFC) as a mechanic or mechatronics technician in the automotive, truck, construction machinery, or agricultural machinery sectors
You have several years of professional experience and a strong affinity for diagnostics and root cause analysis
You have very good German and good English language skills; knowledge of French is an advantage
You are proficient in MS Office
