NN Group seeks a Digital Employee eXperience Specialist in The Hague for a fulltime onsite role focused on extending and managing the Salesforce Claims Module, improving documentation and controls, and ensuring a structured handover to a successor. The ideal candidate is an experienced Product Owner or Salesforce Lead who can translate business needs into a solid backlog, drive adoption and process change, and uphold governance and risk controls while managing stakeholders across business, IT, Finance and external developers. What you are going to do

• Extend functionalities of the current Salesforce module
• Manage the business-side implementation of the Salesforce Claims Module
• Improve documentation, governance, controls, auditability and operating procedures
• Train a successor and ensure structured handover of responsibilities

Who you are

• Experienced Product Owner, Business Owner, Application Owner, or Salesforce Business Lead
• Strong experience managing business requirements and product backlogs
• Demonstrated experience driving business adoption and process change
• Strong governance, risk, and control awareness
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Who you will work with

You will interact with business teams, IT, Finance, external salesforce developers.
