Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role demands strong expertise in marketing tools, data-driven strategies, and the ability to deliver integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize the company’s website and landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Build, manage, and grow social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies to boost organic visibility.
- Measure and report campaign performance against KPIs and ROI, identifying areas for improvement.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Manager, etc.) to drive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to create engaging content and integrated campaigns.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms for effective lead nurturing.
- Support in marketing budget planning and ensure cost-efficient digital marketing spends.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, Mailchimp (or similar).
- Proficiency in WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Creative problem-solver with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Basic video editing and YouTube marketing knowledge.
- Familiarity with advanced marketing automation tools.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or HubSpot.
