As a Digital Project Manager at Lush, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital projects by wearing multiple hats—acting as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Delivery Lead. Your role will not only focus on collaboration and the management of digital projects but also on the ability to critically analyze business requirements and opportunities, ensuring solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively.
You will be responsible for investigating project needs, gathering requirements, and analyzing data to inform decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution. In addition, you will play an essential role in growing talent within the business by sharing best practices and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, developing strategies to address challenges, and ensuring that deliverables are met within agreed timelines. You will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to adapt to evolving business needs, and a focus on delivering value to both internal teams and end-users.
