In Sales, we're all about growing the UK business and we know the future of ADP depends on hiring people who can make a difference here. Everyday, you will be connecting with prospects and selling ADP's products and services to business with up to 300 employees. You will sell to one to two decision makers and will be expected to demo our software and manage the entire sales cycle through first contact to the final close.
Leads will be passed from marketing but the expectation will be that, by a combination of networking, cross-selling, upselling and cold-calling you will generate further new business leads yourself.
This is a sophisticated consultative sale which requires an ability to listen to the client and match their needs to our products and services.
The successful candidate will be upbeat, positive and friendly and most importantly at ease talking on the phone to senior decision-makers, qualifying opportunities and closing business. We are looking for someone with experience in the SBS segment.
