Webasto is seeking a Digital Solutions Support Technician for a nine month onsite contract in Lexington, KY. You will manage IT Help Desk requests in a KPI driven environment, maintain local systems and networks, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, oversee asset management in HelpLine, and support IT security initiatives while collaborating on regional projects that may require travel to HQ. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent, 5+ years in IT network support or project coordination in manufacturing, strong Microsoft and ITIL knowledge, hands on cybersecurity experience, and excellent English communication; travel locally and lift up to 25 pounds.
