Webasto is seeking a Digital Solutions Support Technician for a nine month onsite contract in Lexington, KY. You will manage IT Help Desk requests in a KPI driven environment, maintain local systems and networks, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, oversee asset management in HelpLine, and support IT security initiatives while collaborating on regional projects that may require travel to HQ. You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • Manage and resolve IT Help Desk requests in a KPI-driven service environment, ensuring timely and effective support
  • Support the operation, maintenance, and availability of local systems, networks, and IT services
  • Coordinate regional onboarding and offboarding of colleagues, including IT account setup, access management, and decommissioning
  • Oversee asset management of IT equipment using the IT Service Desk and Asset Management system (HelpLine)
  • Support IT security initiatives by ensuring systems and networks are protected from unauthorized access and security risks
  • Participate in regional IT security activities, including ISO security management, IATF audits, and cybersecurity governance
  • Collaborate on assigned IT projects and travel to corporate headquarters or other sites as needed


This is what you bring to us

  • Associate’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in IT network support, service delivery, or project coordination within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience with Microsoft products and familiarity with ITIL, service delivery models, and KPI-driven environments
  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools, policies, and best practices
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English, with the ability to travel locally and lift up to 25 pounds
