Easterseals Tennessee is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals for a full-time onsite role in Paris, TN. The position starts at $15 per hour with Tenure Pay, a $1 weekend shift premium 9 am to 9 pm, and benefits including health and life insurance, long-term disability, and PTO. DSPs assist individuals with daily activities including meals and personal care, and support community involvement, coordinating with clinical staff on plans. Requirements: 18+, valid driver’s license and auto insurance, basic computer skills, and successful background and drug screens. Bring empathy and a can-do attitude; training is provided. Our Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have valid automobile insurance
• Basic computer skills
• Pass a background and drug screen.

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP) are the exemplary reflection of the wonderful mission-driven work we do here every day. At the end of your workday, you know you have made a difference in someone’s life. Based in our person supported home, DSPs provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration. DSPs may also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals in the community. In addition, DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.
