Director, Americas OEM Sales at Danfoss is a high visibility role owning the regional OEM strategy, building executive level partnerships with major OEMs, and leading cross functional teams to win specification driven business for fluid conveyance and power solutions across the Americas. You’ll need 10+ years in industrial B2B sales, a track record of managing multi country teams, deep hydraulics or fluid conveyance expertise, and strong strategic planning, negotiation, and financial acumen, plus proficiency with Salesforce and Power BI.
