The role focuses on leading strategic process improvements and ensuring regulatory compliant, standardized operations across Operations, IT, HR, Quality, Commercial, Sourcing and R&D, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You should bring at least 10 years in process improvement or operational excellence, with 5+ in a leadership role, a proven track record of cross-functional change, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (PMP a plus). Travel flexibility, strong communication, and a master’s degree are advantageous. You will be at the forefront of driving strategic process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Your primary responsibility will be to execute a comprehensive BPE strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders across various departments—including Operations, IT, HR, Quality, Commercial, Sourcing, and R&D—to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices. Leading change initiatives, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization. Your role will involve ensuring that all processes are well-documented, standardized, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
