As Director, Client Strategy & Value Creation at realworld one, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our most important clients, helping their Operations, Commercial, and Service departments address critical challenges through transformative XR solutions. Collaborating closely with senior executives — including Directors, VPs, and C-level leaders — you will co-develop forward-looking strategies tailored to their unique business objectives and oversee the implementation of impactful solutions that deliver long-term value.
 
Reporting directly to the VP Pharma or VP Life Sciences Instruments, you will take ownership of strategic accounts, deepen relationships with executive stakeholders, and ensure that our solutions consistently deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with senior client executives, acting as a trusted advisor to foster long-term engagement and mutual value creation.
  • Lead the co-creation of transformative strategies, aligning client business priorities with XR-driven innovation to solve complex operational, commercial, and service challenges.
  • Own the execution and implementation of client strategies by coordinating with client stakeholders and guiding internal teams through planning, delivery, and value realization.
  • Act as the internal voice of your clients, representing their goals and priorities across teams to ensure all efforts remain aligned with long-term partnership success.
  • Analyze emerging client needs and market trends and translate them into actionable insights that influence realworld one’s solution roadmap and strategic priorities.
  • Mentor and develop Senior Managers, fostering strategic thinking, consultative excellence, and accountability for the continuous delivery of tangible client value.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree, preferably an MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of post-graduate work experience, with a demonstrated history of professional achievement and business impact.
  • Experience in the consulting industry, preferably at a tier-one consulting firm.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to oversee and deliver complex projects to successful outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in the life sciences sector, with a focus on pharmaceuticals or life sciences instruments/tools; experience in operations, service operations, or commercial functions is a significant advantage.
  • A growth-oriented mindset with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.
