Google is hiring a Director for Consumer Packaged Goods, Healthcare and Finance in Large Customer Sales Germany to lead the CPG, Healthcare and Finance sub-sectors within Enterprise, acting as a lead seller for ads and cross-channel partnerships with some of Germany’s largest brands, and driving AI-enabled growth across OneGoogle relationships. The role requires 15+ years of sales and commercial leadership at CMO level, brand or agency experience, plus success leading cross-cultural, matrixed teams and fluency in German and English. Preference for CPG, healthcare and finance backgrounds and experience with large advertisers and digital agencies. Many of the customers in these industries are Google Priority Partners and global clients, with particularly complex OneGoogle relationships across (e.g., Ads/Cloud/Android/Hardware etc.). You'll be a core driver of business growth, thought leadership within these industries and grow these complex OneGoogle relationships and joint strategy plans. You will be at the forefront of driving AI transformation with the C-suite of some of Germany’s largest (DAX) companies (in close collaboration with our Partnerships and Cloud teams for some of the clients).
As the primary advocate and lead seller for your sector, you will communicate market opportunities, voice product priorities, and set transparent regional objectives. You will motivate a large team to grow significant client businesses and will work cross-functionally to develop strategic client relationships that drive high growth. This is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in German with local stakeholders.
