Mashreq is seeking a UAE National Director of Corporate Origination and Business Development to prospect, identify and onboard new-to-bank corporate clients in Large Corporates and Middle Market, shaping the proposition strategy across risk, payments, cash management and trade products with Retail and Private Banking. You will originate deals for clients with annual revenue AED 250 million to AED 1 billion, own the end-to-end credit process, and drive cross-sell while upholding strong risk controls. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in UAE corporate banking with strong credit analysis, networking and leadership. Job Purpose
To prospect, identify, and on-board new to bank borrowing corporate relationships within Large Corporates and Middle Market Segment in-line with Mashreq Bank’s growth strategy.
Help the Business Segment in managing proposition for Middle Market including Business development, client acquisition, service quality, client survey, value proposition & analytics
Develop proposition strategy, competition analysis, focused group approach, service delivery model, customer experience, internal & external campaigns and alignment with other Products & proposition including Risk policies, Payment & Cash management, Trade products, collaboration with Retail banking including Private Banking and SMEs.
Key Result Areas
Review of various plan and ensure management reporting to Business Manager of the same in conjunction with the relevant business development
initiatives / product launches.
