The Director, of Global Accounts, Americas for the Aerospace, Defense, and Marine (AD&M) Business Unit will collaborate with the VP of Global Sales and Marketing to drive the Go-to-Market growth strategy and accelerate revenue growth across the Americas, aiming to outperform market trends.
This leader will oversee both direct and indirect sales, with a strong emphasis on expanding market share across the product portfolio. They will lead a team of account and sales managers focused on driving business growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Success in this role requires deep expertise in the Aerospace & Defense industry, a strong understanding of the customer landscape, electronic distribution, and the competitive market.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $182,400 – 273,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
