Silvus Technologies is seeking a Director of Sales, Canada to own Canadian government and military opportunities for its Silvus StreamCaster radios and Mobile-Networked MIMO waveform. This role reports to the Senior Director of Sales and is 100% remote for Canada-based candidates, with a preference for the Ottawa/Gatineau region. You will develop strategic account plans, drive opportunities from RFQ through close, assemble cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor to key decision makers while actively engaging channel partners. Expect up to 50% travel, strong pipeline management, and compelling product demonstrations. Requirements include Canadian citizenship, eligibility to work in Canada (SIN), successful government and military sales track record, engineering or technical background, excellent communication and negotiation skills; bilingual English French and knowledge of C5ISR EW SIGINT and MANET radio sales are a plus.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Silvus is seeking a Director of Sales, Canada who will report to the Senior Director of Sales on the Sales team. The successful individual in this role will focus on interfacing with customers to create, advance and close opportunities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales executive who excels at taking opportunities from RFQ to close and building strong relationships with customers.
This position is 100% remote depending on location; candidates must be based in Canada to be eligible. With a preference for an individual in the Ottawa/Gatineau Region.

The pay range is NOT a guarantee. It is based on market research and peer data, and will vary depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
US Pay Range$157,400—$368,600 CADNOTE - As a U.S. Federal Contractor, Silvus Technologies requires that ALL candidates being considered for employment for any position (regardless of level) MUST be a U.S. Person (permanent resident or citizen). Stricter U.S. Citizen ONLY requirements are needed for some Engineering or R&D roles.
