Must-have qualifications: 

  • Minimum BSc degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field;
  • Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience, which includes the management of direct reports;
  • Minimum of 10 years of supply chain related experience in a complex manufacturing environment. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • Developing strategies, policies and procedures to optimize value and create a world class order management group;
  • Establishing goals and objectives, (including stretch targets) in coordination with corporate objectives and managing performance to ensure attainment;
  • Mentoring, coaching, and contributing to the development of the leadership team on policies, procedures and best practices while promoting professional growth;
  • Guiding execution and cross-functional accountability throughout WWT Supply Chain;
  • Stewards the culture through utilization of the World Wide Technology Integrated Management and Leadership tools and concepts;
  • Establishes long-term capability and resource planning to continue the evolution of teams;
  • The nature of the role requires an ability to deliver high quality, thorough and accurate work on deadlines through successful navigation of shifting customer requirements and competing organizational demands.
Qualifications

A Director of Regional Operations leads a team of Order Management, Procurement and Planning Leaders that are accountable for the successful development and execution of strategic operational objectives. Reporting to a senior leader within Global Order Operations, an individual in this role is responsible for developing strategies, policies and procedures that optimize value and create a world class order management organization. This person also takes overall accountability for operational excellence, customer delight and strategic thought leadership across all operational functions.

  • Identifies areas of opportunity for better organizational alignment in communication, responsibility allocation, and structure;
  • Supports the department through the escalation process, driving critical issue resolution through collaboration with executive leadership internally and/or externally.
