About the Role

X is hiring a talented sales leader to help grow its direct sales business and teams in MENA.From Dubai, we are serving multiple MENA markets. We are continuing to build a world-class team of sales professionals and are seeking an exceptional sales leader to further develop our business in MENA.

If you are strategic, hard working, have strong sales experience, solid track record in directly managing and developing teams, proven successes when it comes to building customer relationships and piloting projects involving several cross functional partners, then we should talk.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, including CPs and CAMs, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. This includes setting clear goals, performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders at key clients, partners, and major agencies to understand their business objectives and needs and effectively communicate the platform's value proposition.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, driving pipeline growth and securing high-value deals.
  • Monitor sales performance data and analytics, forecast revenue, analyze market trends, and report progress and strategic recommendations to local and global executive leadership.
  • Partner closely with Xfn teams to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives and ensure a seamless go-to-market strategy.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador in key regional industry events, through on stage Keynote and panels.
  • Expected minimum of 3 days / month in Saudi Arabia to meet with key partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience (typically 12+ years) in senior leadership roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally within the digital media or ad-tech industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and present to all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital sales platforms, social media as a sales channel, and a deep understanding of the region and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics tools and data-driven decision-making, capable of translating insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Experience in Tech and / or consulting is a significant plus.
  • Minimum BA / BS degree. Masters' degree preferred
