Jumeirah Group is looking for a Director - Sales (Americas) to drive revenue growth across the Americas for luxury hospitality while upholding the brand’s global standards. The ideal candidate will bring 8 to 10 years of sales experience, preferably in international hospitality, with a proven ability to execute campaigns, manage senior client relationships, close deals, and collaborate with Global and Hotel Sales teams. You’ll grow new business from luxury travel agencies, MICE, consortia and high-value clients, lead FAM trips, and represent the brand at major events like Virtuoso Travel Week, IMEX, and ILTM North America. For a strong application, showcase tangible revenue wins, market insights, CRM proficiency, leadership, and a willingness to travel, then tailor your achievements to the Americas market and Jumeirah’s growth objectives.
