Life Without Barriers is seeking a Disability Support Leader in Broken Hill for a permanent full-time role that blends strong people leadership with operational oversight of two Supported Independent Living homes, including a six-week on-call rotation and occasional travel and shift work. You will coach and mentor a team of 19 Disability Support Workers, lead 24/7 service operations, foster resilience, manage crises and complex behavioural incidents, and ensure positive behaviour support and restrictive practice compliance while liaising with families and aligning with organisational standards. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Social and Community Services or equivalent, proven disability leadership experience, and a current unrestricted Driver’s Licence with vehicle access; probity checks apply.
