 Your Role:

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Execute the loading, unloading, and receiving of freight from external vendors, utilizing manual equipment or powered pallet jacks as required.
  • Accurately locate, move, and deliver materials to designated areas while maintaining precise documentation of all movements within the computer system.
  • Select and process customer orders, ensuring all items are scanned or metered into the shipping system accurately.
  • Verify chemicals, catalog numbers, lot numbers, and unit weights against packing instructions to ensure 100% order accuracy.
  • Print and apply mandatory labels and markings for hazardous materials in strict accordance with DOT, IATA, and IMO regulations.
  • Pack hazardous items for shipment following established safety procedures and international hazard regulations, making technical corrections when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and condensed warehouse/dock area while proactively reporting any safety hazards to management.
  • Adhere to all Good Distribution Practices (GDP), maintain exemplary attendance, and perform defined audit tasks or miscellaneous projects as assigned.
  • Shift hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm. 

 

Physical Attributes:

  • Push, pull and/or lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment including but not limited to hard hats, goggles and gloves.

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of warehouse work experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience operating PCs, scanners, printers, CRTs and shipping equipment.
  • Detail oriented and fast-paced.
  • Experience with hazardous materials.
  • Experience with shipping regulations.

Pay Range for this position: $20/hr-$31/hr.

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
