CPKC is seeking a Calgary based Distributor to manage railcar asset allocation, oversee loaded and empty pipelines, and communicate with customers at all levels. Coordinate demand, fulfill empty railcar orders, track KPIs, and ensure data integrity across systems while supporting weekend coverage. A bachelor’s degree and one year in transportation logistics are required, along with attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, leadership and teamwork, and the ability to adapt to rapid change. The successful candidate will also manage loaded and empty pipelines of assigned customers across different supply chains and communicates/escalates conditions of such pipelines.

Management Conductor Program
