Summary:
The Operations Analyst is responsible for administering chargebacks for distributors and wholesalers to ensure accurate and timely chargebacks. This role will work closely with distributors to ensure contract information is communicated appropriately and resolve any outstanding chargeback disputes. The role will also review, analyze, and process pricing and membership information into the Pricing System (Vistex). This position will communicate any pricing adjustments with all respective areas on a daily basis while ensuring accuracy and timely execution. The Operations Analyst will also work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and streamline the pricing and chargeback processes.
