Enterprise Account Executive - New Business 

 

JOB PURPOSE:

With full scope to sell across ADP's Payroll and HR solutions, this role also provides the infrastructure, presence and brand for sales professionals to have true, global conversations with organisations. You will work with your sales leadership team to define your individual account base strategy, focusing on Global Strategic Enterprise level Accounts based in Germany.

 

This will involve being able to collaborate and orchestrate a leading team of expertise and resource to identify and address client needs in an evolving landscape of people management.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with your sales leaders to create your optimum territory plan, within the overall team framework
  • Identify prospects and define contact programme within set parameters – using the array of tools available at your disposal to plan, execute, and track your targeted new business
  • Arrange prospect appointments and undertake virtual and in-person meetings / demos
  • Co-ordinate internal resource and support, in line with a structured sales process (provided), to appropriately run your deals and maximise success
  • Work with pre sales when necessary to develop solutions to fit prospect needs
  • Present response to meet prospect needs with existing product service solution
  • Maintain chosen ADP data base management tool and adhere to the current defined sales processes
  • Develop an annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for the attainment of assigned revenue and product goals.
  • Work close with global peers sales teams on joint and global client opportunities and relationships.
  • Act as trusted advisor on a global scale to drive and close global long term deals in an international setting

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 6 -10 years Enterprise sales experience ideally within the HCM, payroll industry or SaaS.
  • Experience with a variety of sales channels (online outreach / social selling, cold calling, meetings and events), with a structured approach, to generate net new business opportunities
  • Proven ability to sell complex enterprise solutions worldwide
  • Full Right to Work and a full Driving Licence in Germany
  • Proven ability to effectively prospect into C-Suite and continually achieve or exceed sales quota
  • Track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing deals (€1m+ of annual revenue) with global organisations
  • A background of carrying and achieving / exceeding annual net new business annual quotas
  • Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP's competitors is an asset
  • Skilled in effective use of CRM
  • Excellent work ethic, motivation and leadership skills
