Summerset at Monterey Park is seeking a casual Diversional Therapist to design and lead purposeful activities for residents in a care supportive environment, promoting dignity and independence through therapeutic recreation. You’ll plan and run individual and group programmes, help residents engage with village life, collaborate with teammates, and monitor progress with activity records and a monthly budget. Key requirements include a National Certificate in Diversional Therapy (Level 4) or three years of relevant experience, dementia care experience, excellent planning and communication skills, First Aid, a full clean driver’s licence and the ability to drive a Mobility Van, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
