Persian Horizon is seeking a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with a valid DHA Pharmacist License to join one of the pharmacies under our management portfolio in Dubai. This role is ideal for a clinically competent, customer-focused pharmacist who thrives in a regulated UAE pharmacy environment and upholds the highest professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense prescription and OTC medications in full compliance with DHA and UAE health regulations

  • Review prescriptions for accuracy, interactions, dosage, and contraindications

  • Provide professional patient counseling on medication use, side effects, and adherence

  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory control of medications

  • Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements

  • Support daily pharmacy operations, including stock management and supplier coordination

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes when required

  • Uphold pharmacy SOPs, hygiene standards, and audit readiness at all times

Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
  • Valid DHA Pharmacist License (mandatory)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting in the UAE (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE pharmaceutical laws, DHA regulations, and dispensing standards
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • High level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Strong patient-care and counseling skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a regulated healthcare team
