We are seeking a highly capable administrator to support the University of Auckland’s doctoral enrolment processes, contributing to a seamless and efficient experience for doctoral researchers.

This is a fixed term, full-time position for 12 months, working 37.5 hours per week.
The salary range for this role is Band D: $56,400 – $71,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
The position is based on 24 Princes Street, Alfred Nathan House, Auckland (City Campus).
This role offers hybrid working arrangements, to be agreed with the reporting manager. Following completion of the initial training period, the role is expected to operate on a hybrid basis, typically comprising four days on campus and one day working remotely.

This is a newly created position established to support service delivery during a period of organisational review. The role sits within Student and Scholarly Services (SaSS), is embedded within the School of Graduate Studies, and reports to the Lead Doctoral Services and Experience.
