Bechtel is seeking a Document Management Specialist to support the Kilns 3&4 Urenco project in Warrington, working onsite under the Project Information Manager to deliver effective document and information management using ECMS, maintain data integrity, produce dashboards and reports, and ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate across stakeholder teams, publish and issue transmittals, guide project teams on best practices, oversee subcontractor information processes and project close-out activities, and may travel between sites as needed. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 2-9 years of relevant experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills and extensive Oracle Aconex experience, plus expertise in metadata management. The Kilns 3&4 Project is Urenco ChemPlant’s Tails Management Facility expansion project (UK Tails Management Facility: Nuclear new build on an impressive scale | News | Urenco) here in the UK. Urenco have chosen Bechtel as the Contractor to help deliver the expansion project.
Bechtel is currently sourcing for a Document Management Specialist. Offers will be extended contingent upon the final selection.
This role will receive supervision from the Project Information Manager. They will provide a service to effectively support activities related to both document and information management and assist in ensuring quality and security aspects of information management is maintained.
You may be required to travel between work sites if requested whilst providing support to the Project in relation to the following:
In this role, you will provide document management support by using ECMS (Enterprise Content Management Systems), distributing, maintaining, and retrieving project records in accordance with company guidelines. You will assist with customer service, questions, issues, updates, quality checks, and project closeout activities. Your attention to detail and data accuracy will help ensure successful compliance with document and records management procedures.
