Job Description

We are seeking a detail oriented Document Controller to support document management activities for a complex, large scale infrastructure programme. The role will ensure accurate control, distribution, and archiving of project documentation in accordance with established procedures.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in document control within project or corporate environments

  • Strong knowledge of document management processes, version control, and filing systems

  • Proficiency in electronic document management systems

  • Experience with Aconex is preferred

  • High attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Experience supporting infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects is advantageous

  • Middle East, particularly UAE experience, is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage receipt, registration, distribution, and tracking of project documents

  • Maintain document control systems in line with project requirements

  • Ensure proper version control, numbering, and filing of documents

  • Coordinate document submissions between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders

  • Monitor document workflows and follow up on outstanding actions

  • Maintain archives of project records and correspondence

  • Generate document control reports and logs as required

Additional Information

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience
