WM New Zealand is seeking a multi skilled Class 4 Driver to join the Blenheim team. You’ll operate a vehicle and onboard equipment to ensure safe, timely service, keep accurate records, complete paperwork and carry out vehicle safety checks. The role suits someone with a strong work ethic who can work independently yet still engage with customers and colleagues. Ideally you’ll have multi systems experience across rear load, sideload and hook trucks. You will need a clean Class 4 NZ driver’s licence, relevant driving experience and a reasonable level of fitness; Class 5 is advantageous. We are looking for a multi skilled Class 4 Driver to join our team based in Blenheim. 

The role

Are you wondering what your workday will look like with us? As a Driver you will be responsible for operating a vehicle and equipment on board to ensure a safe and timely collection of service. You’ll also be required to keep accurate records and complete paperwork as well as undertaking vehicle safety checks.

Our Drivers represent our business in the community. We are looking for people who have a strong work ethic and enjoy the independence of working alone. You are a team player and enjoy interacting with both customers and colleagues. 

Our ideal candidate is a multi-systems operator. There will be times where you will be required to drive different trucks so if you have experience on rear load, sideload, hook trucks and more then we would love to hear from you!

You will also need to have:

• A clean and up-to-date class 4 New Zealand driver’s licence
• Relevant driving experience
• Reasonable level of fitness
• Class 5 is advantageous
