Webasto is seeking a DS Infrastructure Technician (f/m/x) for full time onsite work in Schierling within Digital Solutions. You will monitor and manage IT systems in office and production, ensure local IT security and governance, document processes, hand over solutions to operations and support partners, train staff, run routine performance tests, analyze data to optimize processes, and collaborate across departments to maintain global WEBASTO standards. Ideal candidates bring IT administration experience, strong knowledge of networks, servers, desktops and apps, basic data analysis skills, some Smart Factory exposure, and a collaborative, analytical mindset. You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Monitoring and management of IT systems as well as providing IT services in office and production departments
• Ensuring local IT security, IT governance, and documentation of IT processes, systems, and technical issues
• Handover of implemented IT solutions to operational departments and support for internal and external IT partners and specialist departments
• Training employees in production and office areas to promote IT competence. Monitoring, control, and execution of routine tests for performance analysis of local IT systems
• Analysis of data to optimize internal processes and participation in the implementation of new software solutions
• Collaboration with various departments to identify improvement potentials and development as well as maintenance of global WEBASTO standards as a member of the production competence team
