Wichtig sind ein technischer Schulabschluss mit guten Noten in Mathe und Naturwissenschaften, Neugier auf Technik und Automotive, analytisches Denken, Teamgeist und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen. You can look forward to these exciting tasks during your training:
- Combination of theoretical phases at Hochschule Stralsund, Duale Hochschule Gera-Eisenach, or Hochschule Wismar with practical phases at Webasto Thermo & Comfort SE in Neubrandenburg
- Practical experience depending on the study program (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechatronics & Automation, Engineering - Design, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Logistics, or Electrical Engineering) in various technical departments
- Participation in projects related to heating and cooling systems, thermal management, and e-mobility
- Insights into development, design, production, logistics, and quality assurance
- Building a broad technical foundation

You can expect fair compensation from us:
- 1st year of training: 1.223,00 Euro
- 2nd year of training: 1.325,00 Euro
- 3rd year of training: 1.412,00 Euro
- 4th year of training: 1.493,00 Euro
