What You’ll Be Doing

As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of one of our Dulux Trade Centre stores in Adelaide, leading and inspiring your team by example. With a proactive mindset and positive leadership style, you’ll work hands‑on with a close‑knit, passionate team to drive sales, promote our market‑leading paint and product range, and deliver strong sales results.

What We’re Looking for

• Demonstrated experience leading and managing retail teams
• Proven ability to drive store performance through coaching, engagement and empowerment
• Experience managing store budgets, KPIs and inventory levels
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and safety‑first approach to health and wellbeing
