Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar maintenance role, preferably within the hospitality industry, with hands-on experience in hotel facilities maintenance and operations.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance efficiently and safely.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members, mechanics, contractors, and other departments.
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to respond promptly to maintenance issues.
Positive, proactive, and helpful attitude towards work, colleagues, and guest service.
